How to cook: Remove plastic casing. Heat cooking oil in the pan over low heat. Put longanisa and stir in the pan continuously until it turns opaque to light brown, then slightly increase the heat to medium while continuously stirring the longanisa. This way, the sugar will caramelize evenly and the meat will remain tender.
All products are preservative free and made using fresh non frozen meat. Likewise, they are ready to cook. No need to boil.
